Our product range has been designed over the last twenty five years. All our products are unique, high quality, energy efficient and manufactured in the UK at our own premises in Hertfordshire. We work at the cutting edge of design and innovation in lighting.
If any product does not meet your expectations, please notify us within seven days and you may return the products, unused and in a resaleable condition and we will refund your purchase costs or exchange the products.
All prices quoted are in UK pounds sterling and are exclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
If you are a trade customer and intend to place significant orders then your orders may qualify for a trade discount. Please contact Customer Services on 01442 216200.
Once you have placed an order with us you will receive an order acknowledgement shortly after your order has been processed with an estimated delivery date on it.
You can expect to receive your order within 7 working days when the item is in stock. We keep all the popular products on our website in stock but if the product you want is either made to order or temporarily out of stock we will notify you with the expected delivery date.
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days or the time specified in our acknowledgement e mail then please contact our Customer Service department on 01442 216200.
We use a number of delivery methods to ensure your items are delivered promptly and securely. If at any time there is a delay in delivering your goods we will do our best to keep you informed and work closely with our delivery partners to ensure any problems are solved as quickly as possible.
Delivery dates are given in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.
In some cases it may be possible to get urgent orders to you sooner than the delivery times quoted. Please contact our Customer Services team on 01442 216200 with any special requirements you have.
It may in some circumstances be possible to arrange next day delivery for UK mainland orders but only if your order is placed before 11.00am, please contact our Customer Services team who will be pleased to make arrangements wherever possible and will confirm if we are able to deliver the following day.
Some of the courier companies we use will require a signature to confirm receipt of goods. If you cannot be in to accept delivery please contact Customer Services to discuss your delivery requirements.
If your order total is in excess of £75.00 (before VAT is added) and you require delivery within the UK mainland within our normal delivery timescales, then there is no delivery charge to pay.
We offer free delivery for all orders over £75.00 (before VAT is added) for delivery in our normal timescales in the UK mainland only. For orders below this value our standard charge is £15.50 + VAT for UK mainland deliveries within our normal timescales.
We can deliver anywhere across the globe, however please contact us for a quote for the delivery charges relating to your potential order.
If you wish to place an order on the website for an address outside of the UK mainland you will be unable to do so, please contact our customer services team on +441442216200 who will be happy to process your order and will confirm delivery details and charges to a non UK address. Please note we cannot dispatch any goods until delivery charges have been paid in full.
If any product does not meet your expectations, please notify us within seven days, if it is returned unused, in the original packaging and in a fully resaleable condition we will refund your purchase or exchange the goods.
Shortages and damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receipt and any faulty goods returned to us for repair or replacement.
Our luminaires must be installed by a qualified electrician.
The Light Corporation Ltd ("We") guarantee our products in the UK for 12 months from date of purchase. This guarantee is invalid if a product is installed in an improper working environment or not according to current I.E.E Wiring Regulations (BS7671), for improper use or has been tampered with in any way. Should a product fail during the guarantee period it will be replaced free of charge, subject to correct installation and return of the faulty unit. We do not accept responsibility for any installation costs associated with the replacement of this product. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We can only accept returns with a returns note or number that we have provided and that have been sent via a tracked and signed for reputable courier service.
All refunds are dependent on the above conditions being fulfilled.

Our online transactions are secure. We use Sage Pay to process and guarantee the security of transactions.
